Healthy Living: This Weeks Meals

Yes, I am still on my Healthy LifeSTYLE and surprisingly I'm doing pretty good!!
As if right now I'm sticking to the things I like.
Such as chicken, sweet potatoes, SPINACH, OMG, I love me some spinach.
I did add broccoli and corn this week and next week I will try some recipes 
from WomensHealth.com.
It's four meals for four days because I've been VERY lazy and cook on Tuesday instead of Sunday. 
Don't judge me. I just wanna relax and do lil to nothing on Sundays. 
Gotta have my grapes :)

Cute Workout Clothes


 Clearly my body and I have a love-hate thing going on, sometimes I look and feel great
other times I look and feel like ugh. It's very frustrating, ugh... So I am getting back to
RUNNING, I'm going to Jamaica end of the year and I would like to look and feel my BEST!!!

I'm running, eating healthy even joined a bootcamp which is starting THIS saturday!!!
Excited? YESSSS. But I need CUTE workout clothes, like these SUPER cute tops
and bottoms from Fabletics, Victoria's Secret and Target. 
I'm stopping by Target this weekend and hope to find some goodies.

Beach Body: Health & Fitness Highlights

Hey Beauties, Happy Hump Day!!!.... Let's Talk Health & Fitness :) 
My birthday is July 11 and I want to go to the beach but my body is not exactly beach ready.
So, June 11 I started operation "Birthday Beach Body" in hopping to get my body in a 2 piece 
swimsuit by July 9. The ONLY problem is Im LAZY and LOVE carbs. 
So I didn't really set goals I just decided to  adopted a more healthy lifestyle.
Not a diet but more so eating and drinking the things my body NEEDS. 

I added lots of Veggies, fruits and water to my diet, reduced my daily calories to 1200 and control the 
portion of my meals and snacks. 

And since I've always LOVE running I run 4 days a week.
I use the Pacer APP to track my step. My daily steps goal is 10k. 

So far I feel GREAT and its only been 2 weeks!
I will keep you guys posted on my routine, results and of course struggles. 
Oh and I need new and more stylish running clothes/shoes.
