Healthy Living: This Weeks Meals

Yes, I am still on my Healthy LifeSTYLE and surprisingly I'm doing pretty good!!
As if right now I'm sticking to the things I like.
Such as chicken, sweet potatoes, SPINACH, OMG, I love me some spinach.
I did add broccoli and corn this week and next week I will try some recipes 
from WomensHealth.com.
It's four meals for four days because I've been VERY lazy and cook on Tuesday instead of Sunday. 
Don't judge me. I just wanna relax and do lil to nothing on Sundays. 
Gotta have my grapes :)

My Weekend: BootCamp..Vending.. Dinner...Lazy Mode

Friday: After work I did my nails and helped out my with a comedy event.
Cute pic. of San before the comedy show. Don't mind the hat, I'm having a bad hair LIFE.
Saturday: Started my day with an early bootcamp session.
Then I was a Vendor at the Soo Soo Tasty Curls and Charity event.
And end the day by stopping by my friends Nay for a mini birthday dinner.
Got this SUPER cute Flower-Crown from Cute as Button.
It's perfect for my upcoming Jamaica trip 
Sunday: Pretty Much did same thing I did LAST Sunday,  NOTHING, lol. 
Spend most of the day under Kirk's American Sheets, lol.
I guess I kinda love those American sheets, lol
And the Oct. of issue InStyle was pretty good company ;)

But I did grocery shopped for the week and will cook and plan my meals for the week
after work today, because I was to lazy to cook yesterday.

Healthy Living: Week 2 Meals

So as you guys know I am making some life changes and have adopted a Healthier LifeSTYLE.
No, I'm not dieting. I've made the decision to eat clean and exercise regularly.
I'm still learning about meal planning and the things my body needs and required.
I'm making the things I like and know how to make but I did download a few Health & Fitness apps.
Hopefully I will be cooking something different meals every week but in the meantime lets take 
a look at what I made and planned for this week. 
 Breakfast: I don't have time to get up and make breakfast in the morning so I"m kinda
in love with this DELICIOUS "Honey Bunches of Oats"-Morning Energy Cereal. 
It's really good and holds me till lunch time. 
I can't quite let go of my 2% milk just yet, everything else
really is disgusting. 
 After Lunch Snack: I LOVE fruits and eat a lot of it but for my after lunch snack 
I'm having grapes, pineapple apples and bananas. 
Well seasoned Chicken Breast- I baked it with broccoli, tomatoes and onions. 
Pre-baked potatoes.
 The food seasoning I use. I'm still learning about the best healthy food seasonings to use.
 Spinach and Lettuce Salad and Greens beans
